An initiative by the Applied Innovation Institute, the Global Mobile Challenge is an entrepreneurship competition where innovators from around the world first compete in their region to win a trip to Barcelona, Spain – the mobile capital of the world – to take the overall crown.
In partnership with 4YFN (Four Years From Now) and the GSM Association, the Global Mobile Challenge brings together teams from every continent through regional competitions that culminate in a finale held at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
The Global Mobile Challenge is the largest mobile application competition for young entrepreneurs & innovators from all over the world featuring apps, IOT and other mobile solutions in both software and hardware. Teams are provided training, education and access to an international network of mentors, angel investors, venture capitalists, and industry leaders.
The Applied Innovation Institute has been conducting Global Mobile Challenges worldwide since 2010. Partners include more than 70 universities, global corporations, local enterprises and public agencies.
