This discussion will span all the related facets of business models, technology, and policy implications given the changes already underway due to adoption of an interconnected world with big data and artificially intelligent machines. The talk will be followed by a discussion of how a civic group, a startup, a major property developer and a social sciences research centre shared data with the Hong Kong government, paving the way for a new style of governance across sectors to co-create a better future for Hong Kong.
